In recent months, Japan has seen an increase in incidents involving unauthorized access to corporate systems and intrusions resulting from server vulnerabilities, leading to incidents involving customer information.
At SENSO del MARE, we take the protection of our customers’ personal and order information seriously and have implemented the following measures to help prevent information leaks and unauthorized access.
・Account management using two-factor authentication and passkeys
・Appropriate management of access permissions
・HTTPS-encrypted communication across our website
・Minimization of customer information shared with third-party Shopify apps
・Proper disposal of printed customer-related information as confidential documents
・Appropriate management and secure storage of devices
・Careful assessment and handling of suspicious emails, files, code, and other potentially harmful content to prevent unauthorized access
CSV DATA
As part of our order fulfillment process, order information is converted into CSV format for the preparation of shipping labels and invoices. This information is then exported and uploaded through API-integrated third-party applications and external services.
We handle these processes appropriately and take necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of customer information.
If it becomes necessary to convert customer information into CSV format for marketing or other business purposes, we will take appropriate measures to prevent accidental transmission or unauthorized uploads, including strict management of files, devices, and storage locations.
Customer personal information is managed exclusively within the Shopify database. We do not maintain backups of customer personal information on other cloud services or external databases.

・Shopify外部アプリとの顧客情報連携の最小化
・印刷した顧客関連情報の、機密文書としての適切な破棄
・デバイス保管場所の適切な管理
・不審なメール、ファイル、コード等の選定適宜判断し、不正アクセス防止を徹底
【CSVデータ】
ご注文の発送作業に伴う配送伝票と納品書の出力の際に注文情報をCSV化し、API連携した外部アプリと外部サービスよりエクスポート及びアップロードを行なっております。 これらにより皆様の情報が漏洩することがないよう適切に処理しております。
マーケティング施策等の業務上、顧客情報をCSV化の必要となる場合には、誤送信・誤アップロードを防ぐため、ファイル・デバイス・保管場所を含め、適切に管理いたします。
なお、お客様の個人情報はshopifyデータベース内のみで管理しており、他クラウドへのバックアップなどは一才行なっておりません。
